Enterprise B2B Marketing Manager

As the Enterprise B2B Software Marketing Manager, you will be on point to define and execute marketing programs designed to introduce TwinThread’s Industrial Operations SaaS Platform to new prospects, and increase TwinThread’s wallet share in existing accounts. You will generate these leads through a combination of account-based and web-based marketing programs. The work will focus on Enterprise B2B industries, in particular manufacturing and equipment makers. You will work closely with our Sales team and will have HubSpot digital marketing support to assist you. This is a critical role in our high-growth company with strong opportunities for additional responsibilities and influence with successful execution.

About the Job

Account-based marketing responsibilities include:

  • Developing multi-channel ABM campaigns to ideal customer profiles in targeted accounts or industry segments
  • Using activity and intent data to optimize program performance within target accounts. 
  • Leveraging Sales Development teams for program execution. 
  • Monitor, track, and report on engagement of assigned accounts and results across all programs and campaigns; make recommendations based on analysis of results.

Social Marketing Responsibilities include developing paid and organic marketing campaigns for LinkedIn and other social platforms, including crafting strategy and aligning internal and using data-based insights to maximize ROI in campaigns.

Desired skills:

  • 5+ years of enterprise marketing experience, with at least two years focused on Account-Based Marketing.
  • Understanding and successful execution of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition techniques
  • Proven track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across a variety of channels including email, ads, web and social
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot and ZoomInfo)
